When this Semidiesel engine had a little bit too much oil in the crankcase, it put the operators into a panic as it ran away, revving out past the reasonable operating range. Instead of rotating at 425rpm like it normally does, this engine took off, cranking out way more RPM than it should have!
Luckily, this mechanic knows exactly what he’s doing and was able to block off most of the airflow and killing the runaway in its tracks.
Check out the video below as quick actions keep the engine in check. This loose engine bouncing around on the ground could have caused some big damage to itself and the environment, but luckily this runaway didn’t get too far!
