We have all seen our fair share of runaway engines but what causes it? The cause is the throttle sticking wide open, leaving just about any engine to be destroyed.
In this scenario, it’s a Peterbilt semi-truck, that becomes a victim of this unfotrunate mechanical flaw, redlined and causing a ton of issues on the side of the fwy. That has to be the worst spot for a runaway to happen.
The only thing the driver can do is stand at a distance and watch his truck go up in smoke getting closer and closer to a brutal catastrophe. That must be stressfull.
